To get outside. For the thrill of it. To be able to get away from work, the bustle of life and to be out in my element. It’s my stress release, and my sanity. Without time on my bike I notice my stress level increase and my mood decrease. I need dirt, trails and my bike like some people need naps. I need riding time to function at my best capacity as a human.
Biking related goals for 2016:
To dedicate my time and energy to making my professional coaching business succeed as well as participate in several ENDURO races. As far as personally- I plan on riding as much as I can, by drive an hour down the hill out of the snow of Truckee.
Name some of your strengths and talents:
My strengths: I am patient, I am detailed minded and a perfectionist (I suppose it can be my downfall as well) . I am passionate about bikes, dirt, riding and everything that is involved in the sport. I am a committed athlete. Talents: I am a solid rider. I am an athlete that has been fortunate to do well in the sports I have committed to. I was top 10 in junior Olympics in the country for biathlon, I have done well in my MTB racing career, I can ride a pumptrack pretty damn fast. I am a good coach. I am a good dad.
