Items returned to ZOIC™ must be in clean, perfect, re-sellable condition with original packaging and original ZOIC™ hangtags intact. Only items with manufacturing defects may be returned after being washed or without hangtags. Exact style exchange is dependent on inventory availability. Refund Information

We process returns as we receive them. Please be aware that it will likely take a billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.
