Purchases from ZOIC.com may be returned for exchange or credit, but only if the item is in new condition with original packaging and hangtags intact. Please be aware that it will likely take a billing cycle for a credit to appear on your credit card. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.
Always Guaranteed / Warranty ReturnsZOIC clothing is always guaranteed to withstand the regular use and abuse of cycling. Now that doesn't include a tree branch through a pocket or road rash shredding a side panel in a nasty endo. But we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and stand behind the workmanship of our factories and suppliers. If you believe an item of ZOIC clothing has worn out or failed to perform due to defective construction you may send the item to us for warranty service and we will evaluate it for repair or exchange upon receipt. All we ask is that you please wash any items that you are returning and keep your liners at home, send the short shell only. To return an item simply print this page and complete the following:
