ZOIC Clothing is guaranteed to withstand the regular use and abuse of cycling. We pride ourselves on the quality of our fabrics and product construction. We stand behind the workmanship in every garment we make. While taking a tree branch through a pocket or shredding a side panel in a nasty endo is beyond our control, if you believe an item of ZOIC Clothing has worn out or failed to perform due to defective materials or poor workmanship, please follow our simple claim process below.
To Submit Your Warranty Claim:
1) Email us images of the garment (full item and closeup) and description of the product issue to

3) Include your size and shipping address.
4) We will evaluate your product for repair or replacement.
5) Please allow up to 7-10 days for a reply.
If we are unable to determine warranty coverage from your submission, we may ask you for more information or to ship the item to us for evaluation. Please wash all product being sent in for evaluation. If your warranty issue is with the short shell, please keep your liner.
Returns for Exchange or Refund
Didn't get the size or color you wanted? Purchases from ZOIC.com may be returned for product exchange or credit, but only if the item is in new condition with original packaging and hangtags intact. Only orders purchased directly through ZOIC.com are eligible for exchange or refund*. If you purchased from a ZOIC dealer, please contact the dealer for return service.

Returns for Credit: Please be aware that it will likely take a billing cycle for a credit to appear on your credit card.
Returns of Gifts: If you received the item as a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.
Returns for Repair: If your return is deemed a repair, please allow 2-3 weeks for repair service.
