Choose our Cabon Liner if you want our most firm support without adding bulk.
Designed for epic endurance mountain bike rides of 4+ hours, our Carbon Liner delivers optimal performance all day in the saddle, featuring our Ergonomic chamois pad with firm triple-density foam
The Italian-made chamois is scientifically engineered with three densities of foam that concentrate support to relieve key pressure points in a contoured shape that minimizes bulk. A breathable base layer and multi-level design accelerate moisture transfer away from the skin.

Carbon Liner
The short version is: the Carbon liner is very comfortable for any distance one chooses to ride, whether it's 5 miles or 50, this should be the liner of choice for any rider.
These were my second pair of Zoic Liner shorts, the first being the Ultra. Both are great shorts and I do prefer the Carbon's padding. Very comfortable and sizing is true to size for me. BEST FEATURE: The fly - I won't buy any type of liner or underwear without one.
I bought these Carbon shorts for long rides because I have some long, all day rides coming up. I was surprised to learn that these shorts, advertized as all day shorts means they are comfortable to wear all day but not necessarily to bike in all day. My first ride with these shorts was a 47 mile road ride. The shorts were not comfortable compared to my Zoic Essence shorts. The second ride was a 20 mile mountain bike ride. Because I was on and off the seat and moving around, the shorts performed just fine but I still would not want to wear them for a 50 mile mountain bike ride. I would want more padding than these shorts have for long rides.
