We pride ourselves on the quality of our fabrics and product construction, and we stand behind the workmanship in every garment we make. That’s a big part of the reason ZOIC is still going strong after 32 years!

Warranty

ZOIC Clothing is guaranteed to withstand the regular use and abuse of cycling for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. You can earn 1 additional year of coverage, for a maximum of 2 years, by registering as a ZOIC Account Member(email Subscribers). (Check your account status here).

If you believe an item of ZOIC Clothing has worn out prematurely or failed to perform due to defective materials or poor workmanship, please submit a claim below.

What’s Covered

Defects in fabric and construction are covered under warranty for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, with proof of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

While our gear is made to ride hard, some things are beyond our control. The following are not considered manufacturer defects and are not covered under warranty:

Damage caused by crashes, abrasions, or impacts (e.g. tree branches, slides, endos)
Normal wear and tear over time. Fabrics and components like elastic and snaps do break down through typical usage, washing, drying, and sun exposure.
Damage caused by improper care, including machine drying or high heat
Samples and clearance items sold at deep discount at festivals are sold "as-is"

Care note: All ZOIC garments should be machine washed cold and hung to dry. Machine drying can damage fabrics and components and will void this warranty. Check the care labels on your items for our wash & dry guidance.

Making a Claim

In the form below on this page, choose "Warranty" from the reason dropdown menu, fill in the data fields provided, then click Submit Request. One of our customer support reps will evaluate your claim and get back to you within 5 business days regarding a resolution. All warranty replacements are resolved at ZOIC’s discretion.

Crash Replacement

We know that crashes happen, and shredding your new favorite gear is a big bummer. Although this damage from regular use is not covered under our warranty, we do offer a crash replacement discount on ZOIC gear within 1 year after purchase. Simply choose Crash Replacement as your reason from the drop down and fill out the rest of the form. If your claim qualifies, one of our customer support reps will reach out to issue you a discount so you can get back on the trails in no time!
