Shipping policy
- Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center where processing begins. Â Orders are normally completed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time they are received (M-F, non-holidays). This may be longer during high volume sale periods. Â
- You will receive tracking notification when your order ships. Â Shipping time in transit is calculated from the time the carrier accepts the package, not the time the order is placed. Times in transit are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. ZOIC is not liable for delays once passed on to the carrier.
- We currently ship via USPS Ground Advantage, FedEX Home Delivery and FedEX 2day. Note cutoff for shipping on 2-day orders is 12pm PST, orders placed after that will ship the following business day.
- "Free Shipping" is a discount and subject to limitations. This offer is valid within the USA Only. It is not valid in combination some offers or during select sale periods. Qualifying dollar amount is based on subtotal after all other discounts are applied, and must be OVER listed "Free Shipping" dollar threshold amount to qualify. "Free Shipping" Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage,  if you are unable to receive packages at your address via USPS, you need to choose FedEX instead of free shipping.  Zoic is not responsible for fees related to undeliverable packages.
- Please note that orders placed on a holiday or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
- Shipping to Canada is available via post, Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping.
- If you have not received your package within 10 days of shipping confirmation, Â or your tracking shows "delivered" but has not arrived, please use your tracking number and contact the respective carrier, to find the status of your package. For USPS, Click here", For FedEX Click Here
- Please note that ZOIC is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages that were shipped to the address provided to us on the order.
