Returns & Exchanges

 The following conditions apply:

  • Orders purchased directly through ZOIC.com are eligible for refund or exchange*, within 90 days of original purchase, this excludes clearance items.
  • Exchanges are only available for a size or color of the same style, we are unable to offer exchanges for different styles.
  • Clearance items labeled  "Sale" or "Clearance" or noted as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.  
  • Items must be  processed through our return portal to be eligible for exchange or credit.  Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • All item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition with hang-tags attached. 
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • We do not offer rain-checks on sale pricing.
  • Products purchased at off-site events are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • If you purchased from a ZOIC dealer, you must contact the dealer for return service.
  • Please note, our physical location is not open to the public, all returns must be shipped to the address provided through the return link below.  
  • Refunds take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your package to be processed.  Please reference your tracking number when inquiring about a return.
  • Only items that meet the above criteria will be processed and credited.  Unauthorized returns/ineligible items will not be credited.

*Exchanges are only available on eligible US orders within 90 days, Canadian orders may be returned for refund or store credit within 90 days of original purchase.
