Returns & Exchanges

 

 The following conditions apply:

  • To be considered for credit or excahnge, all item(s) must be returned in New, Unworn Condition with original hang-tags attached. Returned items not meeting this criteria will be rejected.  

  • Only orders purchased directly through ZOIC.com are eligible for refund or exchange*, within 90 days of original purchase date, this excludes Final Sale & clearance items.

  • Items must be  processed through our Return Portal to be eligible for exchange or credit.  Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • Exchanges must be processed through our Return Portal and are only available for a size or color of the same style. We are unable to offer exchanges for different styles

  • Clearance items labeled "Sale", "Final Sale" or "Clearance" or otherwise noted as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.  

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost associated with returns and exchanges.
  • We do not offer rain-checks on sale pricing.
  • Products purchased at off-site events are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • If you purchased from a ZOIC dealer, you must contact the dealer for return service.
  • Please note, our physical location is not open to the public, all returns must be shipped to the address provided through our Return Portal.
  • Refunds take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your package to be processed.  Please reference your tracking number when inquiring about a return.
  • Only items that meet the above criteria will be processed and credited.  Unauthorized returns/ineligible items will not be processed or credited.

 

  • If your item is not unworn, but you have issue with your product, you must contact customerservice@zoic.com, do not send it back as it will not be accepted as a return.

*Exchanges are only available on eligible US orders within 90 days of purchase, Canadian orders may be returned for refund or store credit within 90 days of original purchase.
