Returns Policy

 The following conditions apply:

  • Only orders purchased directly through are eligible for refund, within 90 days of original purchase.
  • Products with "Sale" in the name or noted as Final Sale or Last Chance are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • The item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition with hang-tags attached.
  • All returns must provide Order Number(starts with 000 or 50) and original order date. Without this information, refunds will not be processed.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • All returns will be processed as refunds/credits.  We are unable to offer exchanges or rain-checks.
  • Products purchased at off-site events are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • If you purchased from a ZOIC dealer, you must contact the dealer for return service.
  • Please note, our Physical location is not open to the public, all returns and exchanges must be shipped to us.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your package for refunds to be processed.
