Returns & Exchanges
The following conditions apply:
- Orders purchased directly through ZOIC.com are eligible for refund or exchange*, within 90 days of original purchase, this excludes clearance items.
- Exchanges are only available for a size or color of the same style, we are unable to offer exchanges for different styles.
- Clearance items labeled "Sale" or "Clearance" or noted as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Items must be processed through our return portal to be eligible for exchange or credit. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- All item(s) must be returned in new, unworn condition with hang-tags attached.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- We do not offer rain-checks on sale pricing.
- Products purchased at off-site events are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- If you purchased from a ZOIC dealer, you must contact the dealer for return service.
- Please note, our physical location is not open to the public, all returns must be shipped to the address provided through the return link below.
- Refunds take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your package to be processed. Please reference your tracking number when inquiring about a return.
- Only items that meet the above criteria will be processed and credited. Unauthorized returns/ineligible items will not be credited.
