Great, durable knickers

I bought four pairs of these many years ago (15 at least) as a nod to working in an office without having to wear pants. Aside from the zipper malfunction in one pair, they have held up extremely well and function as advertised. One time when I was working at my office, which was about 10 minutes from my house, I spilled an entire cup of coffee on them. I called my wife and asked her to bring me a dry pair, but by the time she made it to the office, they were already dry and didn't even stain. I can't recommend these pants highly enough. They're fashionable enough to fool co-workers and durable enough to last for many, many years. I might even buy a new pair or two, although I'm retired and don't have to pretend anymore.

Best. Pants. Ever

I bought a pair of these in gray based on a recommendation and I think I’m in love. I wish they made them in more colors so I could have an excuse to buy more. I’ve had them for 6 months, and admittedly I haven’t done a ton of riding in them so I can’t speak to their longevity. But what I do know is that they fit really well (run a smidge large), are incredibly comfortable, do not restrict movement, and above all else they look GREAT. The hardware all seems sturdy and they seem to be well constructed. I would recommend these pants 11 times out of 10.

Fabric

Just received a pair. Immediately was baffled by the lack of stretch.

These are great, I have several pairs of these. One thing I wish they'd improve though.

These are great for 3/4 of the year where I live. (WA state) There's enough room for my knee pads too. But, one thing that could be improved is the butt area (where they contact the saddle) wears out quickly. It would be much better to have some nylon patches or material there so they last longer.

Reign fit is now different?

I loved my 1st pair of Reign Knickers. The fabric finally wore thin and I decided the abuse I put them through easily warranted another pair. Unfortunately, the fit is different and I am not sure I will make an attempt at riding in them. Once I tried the new pair on and felt a massive difference, I went and read reviews and read similar thoughts on the newest version Reign pant. I hope ZOIC does not mess with their Ether short fit. The fit is tighter in the thighs, does not feel like they would be compatible with knee pads and through flexing my knees and leaning forward it feels like the waistband rides down and away. Almost like there is less 4 way flex in the fabric or the change in design does not form fit like the old Reign Knickers did.
